They were wonderful.  Polite each and every one of them so polite and caring of our belongings and how they wrapped them and everything. I just cant get over that – I hope I get the same team when all our stuff comes back to us . I am not kidding Kara – this experience has been so hard. I don’t know if you know this we are 72 years old and you know what they say that something good comes out of something bad, it does. You have been the good – Everyone involved the plumber the guys that put house back. Channel 2 news Channel 6 Channel 4, 7 and 5 should go around and cover stories of what you do because it is GOOD NEWS – Sad that it is not the good news that make the News. All the girls there have been so kind, sweet and Helpful – Amy was the first one we came into contact with when this all started – All of you have been wonderful. The head of your company needs to know – I hope other people tell you the job you are doing. People are in a bad mood when something like this happens they don’t stop to pay attention to what you are doing – You are so thorough. The head of the company needs to know truly and really know that these people work their boodie off and when they don’t know something they make sure they find out – It is wonderful. My eyes fill up – actually my throat choke’s up when I stop and think about how truly caring they are – truly it chokes me up – Cuz you hear all the bad stories when these happen – that’s because they didn’t deal with Home Design. :-)”

“Simon and his team were in my home in Pasadena on all day Monday packing and loading lots of fine furniture, art work, and house ware at my home in Pasadena. I would like to commend Simon and his team for their professional attitude as well as very careful packing and loading  of all my valuables taking all the necessary precautions to make sure nothing is damaged.Actually, I was very concerned about this process after I saw some really scathing and scary reviews about Emergency Services Restoration and its affiliated groups. My concerns was magnified by knowing many of my belongings are not easy to replace since I collected them during many travels or are special orders from overseas. After I saw how Simon and his worked on Monday, I am very much reassured.  However,  the ultimate test will be when all the furniture comes home from  storage after several weeks.
